Luis Suarez finishes trademark Barcelona passing attack

Lionel Messi provided the assist, but it was Suarez who got the last touch on Barcelona’s first-minute goal against Valencia.

Valencia came into this match hoping to maybe catch Barcelona napping between legs of their Champions League quarterfinal tie, stealing a point -- or three -- and giving themselves a chance of moving up to third place in La Liga, if Atletico Madrid also falter.

Barcelona had other plans.

Lionel Messi shucks one defender and pulls two others to him, giving Luis Suarez all the space he needed to slot home. It was as classic a Barcelona goal as you'll find, and the fact that it came just 55 seconds into the match shows that they don't intend on slowing down in the league one bit, even with the Champions League race heating up.
