Watch soccer’s most honest highlights reel

We’re guessing that Doncaster Rovers’ 0-0 draw with Fleetwood Town wasn’t a classic.

We’re approaching the end of the European football season. For some teams, this means the excitement of chasing promotion or battling relegation; others, however, are caught in the middle, trapped in a strange limbo of competitive nothingness. Games come, and games go, and nothing much changes; everybody’s a week closer to the summer break, a week closer to oblivion.

On Saturday, Doncaster Rovers played Fleetwood Town in League One, England’s third tier. Neither team is going up, neither team is going down. Neither team could rouse themselves to score a goal. Still Doncaster’s media people had a highlights video to deliver, and neither rain nor snow nor complete and total lack of football could stop them.

We salute you. Doncaster’s media people. We salute your work.
