Atlético Madrid vs. Barcelona live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

Will the Blaugrana clinch a La Liga title?

Thanks to Real Madrid’s slip-up last week, Barcelona can clinch the La Liga title on Sunday against Atlético Madrid. They’re guaranteed to lift the title if they win or if Real Madrid lose, while a draw would still be an excellent result. They currently lead the league by four points, and they’re big favorites to win next week at home.

Atléti can’t win the title, but they also have plenty to play for. They’re in a similar position to Barca in their race for Champions League spots, leading fourth-placed Valencia by four points. If they win this game or Valencia loses theirs, they will have clinched a group stage place and avoided the playoff.

Barcelona has had Atléti’s number this season, defeating them over two legs in the Copa del Rey and beating them at Camp Nou in their first league match of the season, 3-1. Barcelona’s superb forward trio was at their best in that game, with each of them scoring and assisting each other’s goals.

However, that group will likely be broken up for this game. Luis Suarez has been sitting out of training with a hamstring injury and is likely to be rested, with the Champions League and Copa del Rey finals still to come.
