Tottenham vs. Manchester City 2015 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

Can Spurs avoid a repeat of the 4-1 drubbing they suffered in Manchester back in October?

Manchester City will look to record their third straight Premier League win over a stuttering Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, with Manuel Pellegrini’s side still holding out hopes of finishing as runners-up to Chelsea. Heading into the weekend, goal difference keeps them above Arsenal and in second place, though the Gunners still have a game in hand on the Blues.

Spurs, meanwhile, will be hoping to move up above Liverpool and into fifth place, with only goal difference keeping them below Brendan Rodgers’ side as we head into the final four games. They’ll also want to hold off a charge from Southampton below them, with Ronald Koeman’s side only a point in arrears of Mauricio Pochettino’s outfit. As far as races for fifth place go, this is one absolutely thrilling one ...

Key player - Sergio Agüero (Manchester City)

Sergio Agüero’s form has dropped over the course of the season, with injuries as usual playing their part. However, at the start of the campaign, the Argentine made a very real claim to be the best pure forward on the planet, in an irresistable run of form. He remains superbly clinical in front of goal, and Spurs can’t afford to give him as much as a sniff in this match.

Key matchup - Jesús Navas vs. Danny Rose

Danny Rose is a player that seems to oddly split opinion, though no one would deny that he’s considerably better at attacking than he is a defending. That is an ominous sign heading into this match, when he’ll be up against City winger Jesús Navas. The Spaniard is pretty predictable on the ball, but his pace means the opposition full-back always has to be a step ahead to stay goalside.

Tottenham Hotspur injuries and suspensions

Out: Kyle Walker (foot), Ben Davies (shoulder). In doubt: Danny Rose (hamstring).

Manchester City injuries and suspensions

Out: Vincent Kompany (thigh), Yaya Touré (hamstring), Gaël Clichy, Stevan Jovetić (muscle). In doubt: Samir Nasri (muscle).

Tottenham Hotspur will be without full-backs Kyle Walker and Ben Davies, though Danny Rose should be fit enough after a hamstring problem to return to the left side of their defence. Manchester City will be without three first-team regulars in Vincent Kompany, Yaya Touré and Gäel Clichy, though Samir Nasri could be involved after a muscular injury.
