Chelsea vs. Crystal Palace 2015: Time, TV schedule and live stream

Expect the Premier League title to be awarded on Sunday.

While Chelsea don’t have to worry about fighting to win the Premier League title anymore, they’d certainly like to do it at their own ground, and with a few games to spare. With a win over Crystal Palace on Sunday, they can accomplish just that, and would get a chance to celebrate a title win on the Stamford Bridge pitch.

The title race hasn’t been in doubt for many months, but it was well and truly put to bed last week when Chelsea prevented Arsenal from defeating them. They followed that up with a win over Leicester City in an entertaining game, marking their 14th consecutive game without defeat in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace might have presented a formidable challenge a few weeks ago when they were still fighting to guarantee their Premier League place for next season, but they seem to have checked out since reaching the 40-point mark. Their 2-0 losses to bottom-half West Bromwich Albion and Hull City don’t make them sound like a serious challenger in this match.

Chelsea injuries and suspensions

Out: Diego Costa (hamstring). In doubt: Loic Remy (calf)

Crystal Palace injuries and suspensions

Out: Jerome Thomas (foot). In doubt: Joel Ward (calf), Frazier Campbell (hamstring), Marouane Chamakh (hamstring)

Don’t expect to see Costa appear for Chelsea again this season, while Ward is the injured player most likely to recover in time to feature on Sunday.
