Chelsea have won the Premier League, and in the most dominant fashion in recent history. They've lifted the trophy while joint-second-place Arsenal have five games left to play.
Chelsea capture their 5th Premier League title
The Blues squeaked by Crystal Palace to become champions three rounds early.

Sunday's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace guaranteed that they'll break Manchester United's record for consecutive days on top of the table. The Red Devils led the league for 262 days in the 1993-94 season, and Chelsea will close the year having led for 268.
Eden Hazard scored the title-clinching goal from the Blues, and got a bit lucky in the process. He won a penalty at the end of the second half and stepped up to take it himself, but was denied by Julian Speroni. But thankfully for him, the ball bounced right back up to him, and he was able to head the rebound over the line.
Chelsea beat Burnley away in their first game of the season and never looked back, going undefeated with just three draws over their first 14 games. They suffered a shock loss at Newcastle in December and another to Tottenham Hotspur on New Year's Day, but those have been their only two defeats to this point in the season.
Six of Chelsea's players were named in the PFA Team of the Year, including three members of their back line and Hazard, the PFA Player of the Year, who is top 10 in the league in both goals and assists. John Terry, who was named in the team of the year for the fourth time in his career, is one of a few non-goalkeepers to have played every minute of every game for his team this season.
This is Chelsea’s first Premier League title since the 2009-10 season. Chelsea went a rare season without a trophy during their last campaign and ensured they wouldn’t go another when they won the League Cup earlier in the year. This is the fourth domestic double and sixth total in Chelsea’s history, and the second time they’ve done it in this combination.
