USA vs. Germany live stream: How to watch USMNT online

The Americans will try to build on a strong performance in their last match.

Five days after one of the most entertaining performances in their history, the United States men's national team takes to the field again against another quality opponent. They'll try to follow up their surprise comeback win against the Netherlands with a good performance against Germany.

Expect a highly experimental team from the Germans, who aren't preparing for a serious fixture. They play Gibraltar in their next World Cup qualifier, and should be able to walk to a victory no matter who they put out on the pitch.

Jurgen Klinsmann tried out a new 4-3-3 with Michael Bradley as a roaming playmaker against the Netherlands, and it worked out perfectly. Unfortunately, his defense left a bit to be desired. Expect some changes there, and Klinsmann might opt to switch up the forward line as well after substitutes Bobby Wood and Jordan Morris turned in fantastic performances.

After a long European season, Joachim Löw has opted to let some of Germany's biggest stars have a rest. Manuel Neuer, Toni Kroos, Thomas Müller and Marco Reus are among those he's let have a vacation. The United States are without Clint Dempsey, Jozy Altidore, Jermaine Jones and Tim Howard due to injuries and requested rest.
