Backheel Breakfast: Arturo Vidal arrested for suspicion of drunk driving
The Chile star managed to crash his Ferrari and was under the influence of alcohol in the middle of a major tournament.

Chile’s chances of Copa America appear to have taken a big hit after Arturo Vidal crashed his Ferrari on Tuesday night while apparently under the influence of alcohol. Vidal was taken to the hospital to treat minor injuries, but isn’t back at the team hotel.
“Because he was driving under the influence of alcohol ... (Vidal) is being held,” said Santiago police.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened to Chile. Four years ago after showing up late to a camp, Vidal and other players were sent home when it appeared to coach Claudio Borghi like they had been drinking.
There’s no word yet on whether Vidal will be charged with a crime or kicked off the Chile squad.
