Sepp Blatter resigned as FIFA president on Tuesday, so there’s a lot of speculation floating around about a 2022 World Cup revote. English FA chairman Greg Dyke thinks it’s going to happen, and if it does, he thinks the United States will win.

“I think it would be pretty certain it wouldn’t come to Europe -- you wouldn’t have two successive World Cups in Europe,” said Dyke. “So I would say it would be most likely to go to America, who were the runners-up.”

U.S. Soccer president Sunil Gulati didn’t comment on that, but he did issue a statement on Blatter’s resignation.
