The United States did absolutely nothing in the first half of their CONCACAF Gold Cup match against Haiti, so they brought Gyasi Zardes on for Jozy Altidore at halftime. That turned out to be an inspired move from Jurgen Klinsmann -- he assisted a goal for Clint Dempsey instantly. This one put the USMNT up 1-0.
