The United States had already won their Gold Cup group before their match against Panama, but they probably wanted to avoid a loss anyway. Michael Bradley helped out, poking in after an excellent passing move from Gyasi Zardes, Clint Dempsey and Alejandro Bedoya to make it 1-1.
