Trinidad & Tobago vs. Panama, Gold Cup 2015: Time, TV schedule and live stream

This could be the tightest matchup of any of the quarterfinals.

Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports

Trinidad and Tobago likely didn’t enter the Gold Cup with aspirations to win the tournament, but that’s looking much more realistic than it did two weeks ago. They face off in a quarterfinal on Sunday, and the winner will get a semi against a hobbled and slumping version of Costa Rica or Mexico.

T&T are coming off a spectacular 4-4 draw against El Tri, in which they came from behind on multiple occasions and scored the equalizer in the 94th minute. They won their first two games very comfortably, and look like they could pull another semifinal upset if they can get by Panama.

It's been a long time since Trinidad and Tobago were a serious contender for top spots in CONCACAF, but based on their group stage performance, they could provide a serious test for Panama. The Panamanians were very underwhelming in their three group stage matches.
