Bayern Munich vs. PSV Eindhoven 2016 streaming: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch Champions League online

Bayern Munich need a win against PSV — not just to get three points, but to avoid an uncomfortable narrative.

Bayern Munich are heading to the Netherlands to square off with PSV Eindhoven, and they’ve got a point to prove. Their loss to Atletico Madrid on the road in Champions League action back in September still stings, and they want to prove — no, need to prove — to themselves and to their fans that they’ve put that loss behind them and can thrash their Champions League rivals away from the Allianz Arena.

Now poor PSV get to deal with an angry and focused Bayern side because of another team’s victory over a month ago. Poor PSV.

Bayern are a scary team when they have a real reason to go out and put boots to asses, and while PSV are always a willing opponent, they quite simply look to be heavily outmatched. Making it worse, Bayern’s opponents around this match aren’t terribly strong -- Augsburg this past weekend and Hoffenheim in a few days’ time — so Bayern’s stars are coming into this one fresh and raring to go. With that quality paired with PSV’s up-and-down form of late, this match looks like it has the potential to get real ugly, real quick.

But oh what a story it would be if PSV could find a way to get so much as a draw out of this one, if only to see the “Bayern can’t win outside of Germany” narratives that would inevitably pop up because of it.

To watch this match online in the U.S. you can stream it on the Fox Soccer 2GO subscription service or, depending on your internet provider, you can watch freely on ESPN3 or WatchESPN. In Germany, it will be on Sky Go Deutschland, and while it won’t be shown online in the Netherlands, you can find other streaming listings for this match on LiveSoccerTV.
