Juventus vs. Lyon 2016 live stream: Game time, TV schedule, and how to watch Champions League online

Juventus need all three points if they’re going to stay on top of their Champions League group.

Juventus hold a comfortable place in their Champions League group, with a four-point lead on the third-place Olympique Lyon side that’s visiting Turin on Wednesday. But with group rivals Sevilla even with the Italians on points, Juventus will be looking to win and win big in order to make their standing as strong as possible heading into the final stretch of the group stage.

It’s a good thing for Juventus, then, that they’re in strong form of late, coming off a 2-1 win over Serie A rivals Napoli, continuing their strong bounceback from a disappointing 1-0 loss to AC Milan two weeks ago. That loss was just their second of the season, and the third time they dropped points — Juventus and Sevilla opened the group stage with a draw — and Juve will be eager to make sure not to drop more. They’re going to be forced to go without strongman defender Giorgio Chiellini, though, who could be sorely missed in this match.

That’s because Lyon’s attack is spearheaded by superlative striker Alexandre Lacazette, who has scored a jaw-dropping nine goals in just nine all-competitions matches, including three goals in his last two games. He’s had some injury issues of his own this year, but definitely seems to be back at full health considering the form he’s in right now. If he can put on the kind of individual showcase he’s capable of, he can definitely put Juventus at risk — the question is whether or not the rest of his team can support him enough to get all three points for themselves.

To watch this match in the U.S. you can use the Fox Soccer 2GO subscription service or, depending on your internet provider, stream it freely at WatchESPN. It won’t be shown online in France or Italy, but for listings in other countries you can check out LiveSoccerTV.
