Manchester United will look to continue a long, historical trend by beating Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Manchester United seem to finally be coming out of their long struggle, with three wins in their last four matches across all competitions coming into Wednesday’s bout with Crystal Palace. But if they want to keep their momentum going, they need to find a way to come away with three points at Selhurst Park, meaning Jose Mourinho still has plenty of work ahead of him.

That could be tricky with Henrikh Mkhitaryan out injured, the Armenian playmaker having made a huge effect as of late after finally being given a bigger role. Fortunately, recent history is on United’s side as they look to adapt to life without him.

Palace haven’t beaten the Red Devils since 2011 in any competition, and they haven’t beaten them at home since 1991. That’s a long, long run to overcome, and with Palace in dreadful form of late — they’re two matches removed from a six-match losing streak — it’s hard to see the hosts coming away with three points in this match.

To watch this match online in the United States, you can stream it on NBC Sports Live. In England, it will be on BT Sport Live Streaming, and you can find other online options in the listings on Live Soccer TV.

TV: NBCSN (U.S.), BT Sport 1 (U.K.)
