Manchester United, Marouane Fellaini escape punishment for Hillsbrough chants, elbow to the face
The official didn’t note either incident, and Liverpool fans aren’t happy.

Liverpool fans aren’t very happy with UEFA, who have declined not to sanction Manchester United or their player Marouane Fellaini for incidents at their Europa League game last Thursday.
Though it was not a huge section of United fans, some were audibly heard singing “the Sun was right” -- a reference to the Hillsbrough tragedy -- on multiple occasions during the game. At the end of the match, Fellaini made some contact with Emre Can, with many believing it was a deliberate elbow from the United player. Neither incident will result in any punishment.
