Antoine Griezmann stuns Bayern Munich, puts Atlético Madrid ahead

The Bavarians had been absolutely dominating.

For 52 minutes, Bayern Munich were dominant. Atlético Madrid didn't look like they had it in them to create a scoring chance, and they gave up a half-dozen good ones to the Bavarians. Then Fernando Torres and Antoine Griezmann did this.

It’s a trademark Atléti counter, and exactly what their fans have come to expect from the partnership of Griezmann and Torres, who have developed fantastic chemistry over the second half of the season.

Not only did this goal make it 1-1 on the night and 2-1 on aggregate for Atléti, but it gave them a crucial away goal -- Bayern didn’t get any at the Vicente Calderon. Bayern now need to win the tie outright, meaning they have to score twice.
