Leicester City vs. Everton 2016 live stream: Game time, TV schedule and how to watch online

It’s time to crown the new Premier League champions.

The Premier League still has a couple of matches left, but the title has already been won. Leicester City won their first EPL crown on Monday when Tottenham Hotspur failed to win their match. Now that Everton are coming to King Power Stadium, it’s time to celebrate.

The players will be sharing the joy of the moment with their home fans, and seeing that happiness and spirit will be a joy to behold. This is a special time, a special day, and it’s not the kind of thing that comes around often. When Manchester United or Chelsea win the title, their fans expect it. They’re happy, make no mistake, but they expect it. The Leicester fans have never experienced this kind of victory, and they’re going to enjoy every moment of it. Through them, the rest of us can get a taste of the sheer exuberance of the moment -- and hope that we ourselves can take part in such celebrations with the teams we root for sooner rather than later.

What to expect

There’s no more pressure on Leicester. Nothing to weigh them down or force them to push on toward any particular goal. They’ve reached their aim, they won the title -- there’s nothing left to play for this season.

That could wind up dooming Leicester to a listless, uninspired performance, but it could also lift them up instead. Without that pressure, they can play with freedom and joy, spurred on even further by the celebration of the occasion. Without any fear of what happens if they make a mistake, Leicester can be freed up to just be, instead of focusing on being competitive and staying one step ahead.

We might actually be about to see Leicester at their best and most dangerous. What fun that could be.
