Chelsea vs. Leicester City 2017 live stream: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch online

This year’s league leaders are visiting last year’s champions in a match that could show just how much both teams’ fortunes have reversed.

A year ago, Chelsea were well adrift in the Premier League, scraping too close to the relegation zone for comfort and still reeling some after having to fire manager Jose Mourinho just weeks earlier. Leicester City were flying high, playing excellent football, and racing towards what would ultimately be one of the most shocking championship victories in the history of the EPL.

Oh, what a difference a year makes.

Now, Chelsea are almost running away with the EPL title, having just had a long winning stream snapped but hardly looking in any danger of turning this into a real title fight any time soon. This time it’s Leicester struggling against the relegation zone — they’re six points clear right now, but with just one win in their last five matches, they’re far from comfortable.

That reversal in fortunes should set a distinct tone in this match — Chelsea will want to take the opportunity to prove once and for all that last season’s struggles were a fluke, and Leicester badly need a statement win to get their own season turned around. That’s going to add a lot of fuel and urgency to this match, and it could be one of the best of the weekend to watch because of it.

To watch this match online in the United States, you can stream it on NBC Sports Live. In England, it will be on BT Sport Live Streaming, and for listings in other countries you can check out LiveSoccerTV.
