Liverpool have stuttered since the turn of the year, with back-to-back league draws having seen Jürgen Klopp's side fall seven points adrift of table-toppers Chelsea. They Merseysiders should, however, be able to get back to winning ways when they host Swansea City in Saturday's early kickoff, with their Welsh visitors currently rooted to the foot of the foot of the Premier League.

Liverpool should get back to winning ways when they host Swansea City on Saturday.

Swansea recently took the decision to replace manager Bob Bradley with Bayern Munich assistant Paul Clement, but there has been no sign of a honeymoon period for the new coach. His side were dumped out of the FA Cup by Hull City in his first game in charge, and followed that up with a 4-0 spanking at the hands of Arsenal last weekend. Things aren't likely to get much better here.

Three big things to know
1. Liverpool will be without Sadio Mané, who is at the Africa Cup of Nations. Also out are Danny Ings, Cameron Brannagan, and Marko Grujić, while Joël Matip, Nathaniel Clyne, and Lucas Leiva are all early doubts. Coach Klopp will still be able to field an almost full-strength team for Swansea's visit.
2. Swansea's only confirmed absentee is Ecuadorian winger Jefferson Montero, though Neil Taylor, Modou Barrow, and new signing Luciano Narsingh all face late fitness tests.
3. Liverpool ran out 2-1 winners when these sides met in the reverse fixture at the Liberty Stadium in October. Not since a League Cup meeting back in 2012, when Luis Suárez and Steven Gerrard were both in Brendan Rodgers' matchday squad, have Swansea managed to emerge victorious at Anfield.
