Arsenal are in a bit of a must-win situation as they prepare to host Burnley on Sunday, but not because they’re in dire straits — no, if they win, they can leapfrog their way up the table into second place, five points behind Chelsea and in a much better position than they were in a couple of weeks ago.

Given that the Gunners are just a point ahead of fifth-place Manchester City and three in front of Manchester United, getting more of a cushion over those teams and climbing into second place would be huge for Arsenal right now. Arsene Wenger always loves to manage for these big moments, and you know he’s got a very specific plan to bring to bear on Burnley to come away with all three points in as sure a manner as he can plan.

But Burnley aren’t going to just roll over and give Arsenal this match — they’ve won three of their last four in Premier League action, and they’d love to get a huge upset win over the Gunners in London. Such a result would be huge for their season, and could see them start to rocket up the table — they’re already just six points behind eighth-place West Bromwich Albion coming into the match, and that kind of gap can close in a hurry this time of year.

To watch this match online in the United States, you can stream it on NBC Sports Live. In England, it will be on Sky Go, and for listings in other countries you can check out LiveSoccerTV.
