Manchester United have stumbled through their last few games after a disappointing derby draw against Liverpool. They struggled against Hull City, barely squeaking by them in the EFL Cup, and needed some last-minute heroics to draw Stoke City. Now, they meet Hull again, and will expect to win big.

After two straight league draws, the Red Devils will expect a big win.

United will also be fresh after using a rotated side to smash Wigan Athletic at the weekend. Zlatan Ibrahimoivic, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford were among the stars who didn’t have to play in that game.
Hull, currently bottom of the league, also rotated in the FA Cup. However, that went disastrously, as they were blown out by Fulham. New boss Marco Silva will be hoping to see something a little closer to the performance that his team gave in a 3-1 win over Bournemouth two weeks ago.
Manchester United has a clean bill of health, with only youngster Timothy Fosu-Mensah battling injury. Hull, however, are missing quite a few players. Curtis Davies, Markus Henriksen, Will Keane and Ryan Mason are all out. Ahmed Elmohamady is at Africa Cup of Nations, while Dieumerci Mbokani is not yet ready to start after returning from that competition.
