Premier League leaders Chelsea headed into the weekend with a nine-point lead at the top of the table and will be hoping to maintain such a healthy advantage when they travel to mid-table Burnley on Sunday. Though they're certainly big favorites for the victory, their hosts' home advantage suggests it could be a closer game than anticipated.

Only Chelsea, Tottenham, and Arsenal have a better record at home than Burnley, who have won nine of their first 13 games at Turf Moor. Four straight victories in front of their own fans have seen them charge up into a comfortable position, and it looks like they're well on their way to comfortably avoiding relegation.

Three big things to know

1. Burnley will be without Dean Marney, Kevin Long, and Steven Defour, who are all injured. Jeff Hendrick is sidelined through suspension.

2. Chelsea's chances are given a big boost by the remarkable fact that they currently have no injuries or suspensions to contend with. The Blues will be able to field a full-strength lineup.

3. Chelsea ran out comfortable 3-0 winners in the reverse fixture and haven’t lost to Burnley in the league since way back in 1973. That season, Burnley finished sixth in the top flight, while the Blues finished down in a lowly 17th place.
