This season’s race for Champions League spots is perhaps the most tightly contested one in the Premier League’s history. All of the current top six look worthy of finishing in the top four, and two of those teams face off on Saturday — Arsenal and Liverpool.

These two teams met during the opening week of the season, when neither had their defense settled. The result was one of the most entertaining matches the Premier League has seen in years, with Liverpool pulling out a 4-3 victory on the road in London.

Liverpool went on an incredible run in the fall after that but have since faltered. Jürgen Klopp’s side has been knocked out of both domestic cups and has only won once in their last seven Premier League games. Arsenal’s record is marginally better — they’re one point ahead of the Reds in the table — but they’ve also lost two of their last three.

Santi Cazorla and Mohamed Elneny are out for the Gunners, while Mesut Özil is a doubt. Liverpool is missing captain Jordan Henderson and striker Daniel Sturridge, while Dejan Lovren is a game-day decision.
