Twenty-two hours later than expected, Borussia Dortmund takes on AS Monaco in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal tie on Wednesday. The match was postponed due to explosives striking Dortmund’s team bus, injuring defender Marc Bartra, but only for one day.
Borussia Dortmund vs. AS Monaco lineups
This Champions League game is being played under strange circumstances.

Bartra was expected to be in the squad for this game, but he won’t be on the pitch. Expect to see quite a few tributes to him on Wednesday.
Dortmund’s team was already a bit thin due to injuries, but they’ll still field a strong team. Hopefully everyone’s feeling up to playing and is able to perform to their usual standards, because they’ll be facing a difficult opponent in Monaco.
Superstar teenager Kylian Mbappe gets the nod up top for Monaco alongside veteran Radamel Falcao. Bernardo Silva and Thomas Lemar will provide plenty of attacking threat from the wings as well. But Monaco is playing two midfielders against Dortmund’s three, so BVB will be counting on Julian Weigl and Co. to control the center of the pitch.
Borussia Dortmund lineup: Roman Bürki; Marcel Schmelzer, Matthias Ginter, Sokratis, Lukasz Piszczek, Julian Weigl, Sven Bender, Raphael Guerreiro, Shinji Kagawa, Ousmane Dembele, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
AS Monaco lineup: Danijel Subasic; Andrea Raggi, Jemerson, Kamil Glik, Almamy Toure, Bernardo Silva, Fabinho, Joao Moutinho, Thomas Lemar, Radamel Falcao, Kylian Mbappe
Kickoff is at 12:45 p.m. ET, and you can watch on FS2 and ESPN Deportes in the United States.
