Though Southampton boss Claude Puel hasn’t always convinced since taking charge in the summer, his side are blooming late in the season. Back-to-back league wins have seen them crawl up into the Premier League’s top half, and they’ll look to maintain their momentum when they welcome Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City to St. Mary’s on Saturday.
Southampton vs. Manchester City 2017 live stream: Time, TV channel, and how to watch online
An on-form Southampton could make life tricky for Manchester City on Saturday.

It’s a game with potentially important ramifications for City, who are still fighting to secure Champions League football next season. They head into the weekend in fourth place, though their cross-town rivals, Manchester United, would move within a point if they win their game in hand. Things remain too close to call in the European places.
Unfortunately for United, Southampton aren’t helped by a considerable list of absentees: Matt Targett, Charlie Austin, Alex McCarthy, and Virgil van Dijk are all injured; Oriol Romeu is suspended. Manolo Gabbiadini, so impressive since his arrival from Napoli in January, is doubtful, alongside Sofiane Boufal and Steven Davis. Manchester City will be short on the injured İlkay Gündoğan, Gabriel Jesus, and Bacary Sagna, but should otherwise have a full-strength team available.
