Chelsea can wrap up the Premier League title on Friday, providing they win away at West Bromwich Albion. Heading into the final three games of the season, Antonio Conte’s men find themselves seven points clear of second-placed Spurs, meaning they can take the title with a couple of weeks to spare.

It has been a good season for West Brom, but they’re currently in their worst form of the campaign. Tony Pulis’ men sit up in eighth place, but they have picked up only two points from their last six matches and only ended a four game losing streak when they held Burnley on the weekend. The Baggies appear to be lacking in motivation and don’t appear likely to upset their visitors’ title party.

West Bromwich Albion will certainly be without Matt Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu, while Jonny Evans will likely miss out after picking up an injury in the Baggies’ draw with Burnley. Chelsea’s only injury doubt is N’Golo Kanté, with the French midfielder having missed Chelsea’s win over Middlesbrough on Monday.
