Seahawks-Bears betting lines and point spread updates for ‘Monday Night Football’
The Bears got a big boost from Khalil Mack, but came up short against Green Bay. What can he do against a shaky Seahawks squad in Week 2? We’ve got odds and will be updating them leading up to kickoff.

The Seahawks will be without three starters, as wide receiver Doug Baldwin, linebacker Bobby Wagner, and linebacker K.J. Wright have all been ruled out. The absences of Wagner and Wright led to the team signing newly convicted felon Mychal Kendricks, who has a January 24th sentencing date for insider trading. He is expected to play on Monday. The Bears are as healthy as one can expect, with only reserve safety DeAndre Houston-Carson out with an injury.
Seahawks-Bears preview
The Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears close out Week 2 at Soldier Field on Monday Night Football. Both teams are coming off close Week 1 losses, and a strong defensive effort has the Bears installed as a 3.5 point favorite, according to OddsShark. The point total is set at 43.
Seattle will be without their top receiver as Doug Baldwin is expected to miss at least a couple weeks with a partially torn MCL. His return timeline is not certain, but it won’t include Monday’s game. Brandon Marshall emerged as Russell Wilson’s top target, while Tyler Lockett will look to secure a few extra targets as well.
Meanwhile, the Bears suffered a heartbreaking loss in Green Bay, blowing a 20-3 lead and squandering an absurd first half performance by recently acquired edge rusher Khalil Mack. Given how shaky Seattle’s offensive line can be, it could be an ugly evening for Russell Wilson.
The Seahawks have won three straight in this series, and five of the last seven dating back to 2007. Seattle is 6-2 against the spread in the last six matchups between these two teams.
