The 2012 Wimbledon men’s singles champion will be crowned Sunday when No. 3 Roger Federer takes on No. 4 Andy Murray.
Wimbledon Men’s Final TV Schedule For Sunday
Federer is looking to win his 17th Grand Slam singles title and his seventh Wimbledon title. It would be his first Wimbledon win since 2009 after he bowed out in the quarterfinals in both 2010 and 2011.
Murray, on the other hand, is looking to capture his first Grand Slam singles title. This will be the fourth Grand Slam final of his career and the first at Wimbledon. Of his previous three Grand Slam finals, two ended with a loss to Federer.
Although Federer has won the two previous Grand Slam final matchups, Murray holds a career 8-7 advantage over Federer.
Sunday’s television coverage will begin at 8 a.m. ET with “Breakfast at Wimbledon” on ESPN. Coverage of the men’s final will begin at 9 a.m. ET on ESPN and run until 3 p.m. ET. Following the live coverage, an encore broadcast of the men’s final will air from 3 to 6 p.m. on ABC. Users can also watch the action online at WatchESPN.com and on Wimbledon.com.
