How to watch Wimbledon 2014 Week 1 matches

Wimbledon is off and running, and ESPN will offer multiple ways to catch all the action.

Wimbledon gets underway at 6:30 a.m. ET on Monday from the All England Club, and ESPN’s extensive television coverage of the tournament will come just after that. ESPN’s family of networks will air 140 hours of Wimbledon coverage, while there will be more than 1,000 hours of coverage online at ESPN3.

In addition to ESPN, the Tennis Channel will air 215 hours of Wimbledon coverage for your viewing pleasure. An evening recap show will start at 4 p.m. ET every night of the tournament, except on June 27, when the show will start at 4:30 p.m. ET.

The official Wimbledon website will also offer live video and radio.

Defending men’s champion Andy Murray will be in action on the first day of play, taking on David Goffin of Belgium on Centre Court. Men’s top seed Novak Djokovic will also take Centre Court on Monday, facing Andrey Golubev of Kazakhstan.

For the women, No. 2 seed Na Li will play on Centre Court Monday, going up against Poland’s Paula Kania. Reigning champion Marion Bartoli won’t be playing, as she retired due to an injury. Serena Williams is the No. 1 seed, but she won’t be getting the prime Tuesday slot on Centre Court despite Bartoli’s absence.

Here’s the full viewing schedule for the first week (all times Eastern).

Television coverage: June 23 - June 29

June 23-26: ESPN - 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., ESPNEWS - 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., ESPN2 (simulcast of ESPNEWS) - 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

June 27: ESPN - 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

June 28: ESPN - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Online coverage: June 23 - June 29

June 23-28: Multiple streams starting at 6:30 a.m on ESPN3
