Wimbledon 2015: Time, TV schedule, live stream for Tuesday’s matches

Here’s how you can watch Roger Federer, Petra Kvitova and others on Day 2 at Wimbledon.

The first day of the 2015 Wimbledon Championships is in the books and the top seeds from both brackets advanced to the second round. On Tuesday, the other halves of both brackets will take the court for their first-round matches. While the biggest names didn’t fall on the first day, there were a few minor upsets, with women’s No. 9 seed Carla Suarez Navarro and men’s No. 19 seed Tommy Robredo falling early.

But if the opening day is any indication, we should be in for some good matchups and the top seeds should feel relatively safe. Women’s No. 2 seed Petra Kvitova will get the day started on Centre Court against unseeded Kiki Bertens. Men’s No. 2 seed Roger Federer will follow immediately after, facing Damir Dzumhur. The final match of the day on that court will feature men’s No. 3 seed Andy Murray up against Mikhail Kukushkin.

Rafael Nadal is seeded No. 10, his lowest seed ever at Wimbledon, after falling in the quarterfinals of the French Open to top seed Novak Djokovic. Even though Nadal isn’t playing the best tennis of his career at this stage, the loss was still significant given his historic dominance at Roland Garros. On Tuesday, Nadal will be taking on Thomaz Bellucci to kick things off on No. 1 Court.

Women’s No. 3 seed Simona Halep will play Jana Cepelova and then men’s No. 6 seed Tomas Berdych will face Jeremy Chardy to round out the action on the top two courts.

The day’s matches get underway at 6:30 a.m. ET at the earliest, with television coverage picking up at 7 a.m. on ESPN. That coverage will run through 4:30 p.m., with a live stream available at WatchESPN. Below, we’ve got the full schedule for seeded matches, with the rest available here.
