French Open 2015: Matches and TV schedule for Thursday at Roland Garros
Serena Williams, Timea Bacsinszky, Ana Ivanovic and Lucie Safarova will all be in action for the women’s semifinals at the 2015 French Open on Thursday.

Williams, the top seed in the tournament and No. 1 player in the world, is coming off a dominant victory over No. 17 Sara Errani. Williams struggled in her previous two outings against Victoria Azarenka and Sloane Stephens, but she took Errani down without issue, 6-1, 6-3. Her next opponent, Bacsinszky, bested unseeded Alison Van Uytvanck in her quarterfinal matchup. Although Williams will be the clear favorite over No. 23 seed Bacsinszky, it should be an entertaining matchup.
The other semifinal will feature seventh-seeded Ivanovic up against Safarova, the No. 13 seed. Ivanovic and Safarova both handled their seeded opponents -- Elina Svitolina for Ivanovic, Garbine Muguruza for Safarova -- in the quarterfinals. Safarova has the bigger win in this tournament, however, taking down No. 2 seed Maria Sharapova in the fourth round. Ivanovic, to her credit, bested No. 9 seed Ekaterina Makarova in the same round.
Thursday will also feature the mixed doubles final and the men’s doubles semifinals. The matchup between Ivanovic and Safarova will be on first, beginning at 9 a.m. ET with the television broadcast being carried by ESPN2. The other matchup, Williams vs. Bacsinszky, will also be on the main court following the first semifinal match. NBC will also have television coverage, beginning at 11 a.m. Live streams can be found at WatchESPN and NBC Live Extra.
