The 2016 US Open will get underway on Monday from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City. The final Grand Slam of the tennis calendar promises to be very exciting, hot on the heels of a Summer Olympics that saw Andy Murray and Monica Puig win gold medals in singles play.
US Open 2016: How to watch Week 1 matches
The final Grand Slam of the 2016 calendar is here, and this is how you can watch all of the action of its first week.

Both will be in action at the US Open, though the former obviously is favored to go further on. Murray is the second seed and the top competition for Novak Djokovic, the top seed, and Rafael Nadal, the third seed.
Puig is the 32nd seed after initially just missing the cut, thanks to a couple players dropping out. A deep run isn’t necessarily expected, but she looked brilliant throughout the Olympics and took down Angelique Kerber, the second seed at the US Open, in the gold medal match.
Serena Williams is the top seed for the women after falling in the third round at Rio. Williams had a bad run at the Olympics, along with her sister, Venus Williams. Venus was eliminated in the first round at the Olympics, and the Williams sisters as a pair were both eliminated in their opening doubles match as well.
The first week of play at the US Open will include the first three rounds of action and the first of two days of Round of 16 play. The quarterfinals are set to begin on Tuesday, Sept. 6 with the final day of the tournament set on Sunday, Sept. 11.
Djokovic and Nadal will both be in action on Day 1, and will alternate days with Murray, who plays first on Day 2. Muguruza and Kerber are both playing on the first day, with the Williams sisters in action on the second with Murray.
Television coverage of the tournament will be carried by the ESPN family of networks. Most days will include coverage on both ESPN and ESPN2, and if you happen to be watching online there will be the usual full assortment of matches available. Like last year, WatchESPN will have coverage from every court throughout the tournament.
Below you can find all the information you need from the first week of action at the US Open, including live streaming links to each individual day. A full bracket with daily scheduled and results can be had for both men’s and women’s singles at the SB Nation tennis hub.
