US Open 2016: Schedule, TV coverage and live streaming for Day 14

Novak Djokovic finally won the French Open earlier in 2016, the fourth and final Grand Slam title to add to his collection. It took him a lot longer to win that than it did the others, but now that he has at least one of each, he can concentrate on building out his collection.

By adding as many more as he possibly can.

On Sunday, Djokovic will have an opportunity to add his third US Open singles title, as he will be facing Stan Wawrinka in the finals. Djokovic has had a great year, but he was bounced in the first round of the recent Rio Olympics and is looking to rebound by securing another Grand Slam title.

Djokovic has 12 Grand Slam titles to his name and he’ll be facing Wawrinka for the 24th time. He holds a 19-4 edge in the head-to-head, though the most significant recent match was won by Wawrinka, in the finals at the 2015 French Open. Wawrinka has two Grand Slam titles, that one he won at Roland Garros and the 2014 Australian Open title.

This will be Wawrinka’s first appearance in the finals at the US Open. He bested Juan Martin Del Potro in the quarterfinals, and then took down Kei Nishikori in the semifinals to make it this far. He’s had a great year thus far, and it would be capped off very nicely with a win over Djokovic.

Sunday’s match is set for 4 p.m., following the conclusion of the women’s doubles final between the team of Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic, and the team of Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Lucie Safarova. ESPN will carry television coverage of the match, while WatchESPN will have a live stream online, though it will require login credentials from a television or satellite provider.
