The first day of the 2017 French Open saw the top seed on the women’s side, Angelique Kerber, eliminated. There weren’t any big upsets outside of that matchup, and we’ll have to wait another day to see what the top-seeded man, Andy Murray, has to offer, as he won’t take the court until Tuesday.

But on Monday, some of the biggest names in the sport will be in action, including Rafael Nadal and both defending champions in Novak Djokovic and Garbine Muguruza. Monday’s action will be broadcast by the Tennis Channel and NBC beginning at 5 a.m. ET for the former at 12 p.m. for the latter, with all coverage running until about 3 p.m.

An online stream will also be available via NBC Sports, beginning bright and early and covering all of the pertinent courts on the day.

Djokovic, the second seed for the men, drew a tough opener against Marcel Granollers. Nadal, the favorite in the tournament, will take on Benoit Paire. Of the top 10 men’s seeds on the day, the one with the toughest opener may be Alexander Zverev, the No. 9 seed.

He’ll begin his French Open bid against Fernando Verdasco, a former top-10 player himself. Verdasco is far removed from those days, but he is capable of beating the best players when he’s on his game.

No. 5 seed Milos Raonic, No. 7 seed Marin Cilic, and No. 10 seed David Goffin will also be in action on Monday. They’ll face Steve Darcis, Ernests Gulbis, and Paul-Henri Mathieu, respectively.

Muguruza is the No. 4 seed for the women and she has the toughest opener for the seeded women, as she faces Francesca Schiavone. The second — and now highest-remaining women’s seed — is Karolina Pliskova, who will be in action against Saisai Zheng on Monday.

Below is all you need to know to watch Monday’s action, and below that is a full list of pertinent singles matches featuring seeded competition.
