FC Porto face Paris Saint-Germain for the first time since 2004, with both sides looking to finish top of Group A.

Both teams won their initial matches comfortably and will have high hopes of going through as Group champions, but PSG have a hard task in getting past a Porto side that have a fearsome home record in Europe, losing only to Manchester United and Manchester City in the past four years. Porto have only ever lost one Champions League game against French opponents - although that was to PSG, in 2004.
Paris Saint-Germain have arguably not yet had value for the money spent on their side, but manager Carlo Ancelotti believes his side is starting to come together. The Italian said: "With Thiago Silva our defence has improved considerably. We're in a good moment, we have a good atmosphere in the changing room and this is the perfect time to play Porto."
Meanwhile, Porto boss Vitor Pereira refused to accept that Zlatan Ibrahimovic represented the only threat to his side: “We’re not going to worry only about Ibrahimovic, because there are 11 players in a team. PSG have a great side, individually and collectively. But they’ll be up against a great team too.”

Porto almost have a clean bill of health, but PSG have a few injury problems, with their midfield particularly weak. Lavezzi and Ménez will both weaken their attack considerably should they miss out, but there is a good chance that one or both will feature.
