Are you ever four goals down in a match and feeling sad? Well, the Norwegian FA has a gift for you to help you through those tough times. They want to give you an extra player!
Down four goals? The Norwegian FA wants to give you an extra player!
There is a proposal in Norway to allow teams down four goals to bring on an extra player in the name of competitive balance or some other nonsense.

There is a proposal in Norway to allow teams down by four goals to bring on another player. This, theoretically, will make for more competitive matches. Henning Berg, who was capped 100 times by Norway, supports the idea.
“It’s a good rule that will lead to more even matches,” said Berg. “It’s no fun to lose 17-0. It’s no fun to win 17-0 either.”
An alternative to not feeling bad about being down four goals and keeping matches competitive is not to suck, but enough of the crazy talk. This is radical and forward thinking! We must support it.
We say to you, Norwegian FA, that you are pioneers. The down four goals, get an extra man rule must be passed. Also, stop bogarting all the drugs.
