Maya Moore recreated Michael Jordan’s ‘wings’ pose, and it’s everything

How awesome is this?

This is so dope. On Sunday, the Minnesota Lynx unveiled a billboard featuring their star forward and four-time WNBA champion Maya Moore. But this wasn’t just any billboard — Moore was posing just like Michael Jordan’s wings poster from 1989, when he was with the Chicago Bulls:

This all thanks to Nike, which released this equally awesome accompanying video featuring Moore:

Moore signed with Nike’s Jordan Brand in 2011, when she was selected No. 1 overall in the WNBA draft. Moore was the first female to sign with the company. Four years later, the company released Moore’s own personal shoe.

The WNBA season starts this Sunday, and the Lynx open their 2018 season against the Los Angeles Sparx at 5:00 p.m. ET. With the new season here and this new Jordan Brand campaign centered around Moore, we’ll all be excited to see her take the court for the first time this season.
