RAW drafts the realest guys, Enzo and Big Cass

Here is all you need to know about Enzo Amore and Big Cass, who are now officially members of the RAW roster thanks to Tuesday’s WWE brand split draft.

BADA BOOM. REALEST GUYS IN THE ROOM! HOW YOU DOIN’?

They have been friends since they were kids

WWE likes to mix in real-world situations with their WWE characters and this tag team is a reflection of that. Though the two play an Odd Couple of sorts, they’re actually really good friends who met while playing basketball when they were teenagers in New York. You can definitely sense the chemistry when the two are in the ring.

Enzo Amore is the best talker in the WWE right now

Enzo is short, loud and the perfect match for the seven-foot-tall Big Cass. Together, they are seen as the second coming of the New Age Outlaws, though a one-to-one comparison diminishes what the young tag team is doing that separates it from any other team in WWE history. Yes, they have a slew of catchphrases (How you doing? We got a couple haters?) but they’re able to deliver new and creative material every week depending on who their opponent is.

You can definitely identify the hard work that goes into it prior to either of them stepping out to the stage. And no matter what they say, the fans will undoubtedly be chanting with them.

Take their main roster debut, for example:

Even though they are immensely popular, they never won gold

They’ve been inseparable ever since the two were paired up in NXT. And while most of their feuds centered around being the best tag team in NXT, they never actually won the title. They did compete in a handful of NXT Tag Team title matches, but always came up short (though they were named the NXT Year-End Award winners).

At some point, however, they became so charismatic that they didn’t need championship belts to gain the adoration of the NXT fans. That adoration grew as the tag team headed to the main roster after this year’s WrestleMania. Now that they’re on the main roster, they’re looking for a taste of their first championship gold in an even grander stage.
