Mercury Morris Just Will Not Go Away

By Chris Mottram
Sadly, I found myself rooting for the Giants on Sunday. Yes, it was against everything I believe in, but whenever I have zero rooting interesting in a game, I find it impossible to cheer for the favorite. Especially when the favorite is from New England. This is only natural, I think.
But of course, the backlash from the Giants winning is that we have to be annoyed to tears by Mercury Morris for at least another 363 days. Just one more example, thanks to Reebok:

Mercury Morris was a mediocre -- at best -- player and continues to bring great shame and embarrassment to an otherwise respectable group of retired athletes. Perfect.
