SEC Fans Prefer Their Sausages Smoked

It’s day two here at the SEC tournament, and the intensity is up on day two thanks both to Kentucky fans showing up and the peppy, healthy energy given to us with all those free samples of The Official Smoked Sausage of the SEC, Eckrich’s:

The good part: Attractive Eckrich reps who most likely do not eat a single scrap of anything half as fatty as Eckrich’s sausage were giving out free t-shirts. The bad part: The company has taken our rap name, which coincidentally was going to be “The Official Smoked Sausage of the SEC.”
Free meat was handed out by Vols in the first half their game against the Gamecocks, who continued a trend of lapsing defenses by allowing 40 to South Carolina. Fortunately for them, they scored 41, something the Tennessee Pep Band Drummer thought was moderately awesome:
