See, all along I’d been thinking that the T-Wolves were stupid for trading Gerald Green. They’re stuck in the cellar no matter what, have zero national profile, and are pretty low on players that might generate casual interest (or get their uniform on SportsCenter). For all his flaws, Green is at least a highlight waiting to happen.
But now I get it. Management didn’t have a problem with Green’s listless play -- they thought his dunking was lax. That’s why they had him train with this midget. And they turned out to be right, since he couldn’t win the Dunk Contest. What a moron.
What’s funny is that he doesn’t actually clear the bunk bed in this ad. They left it ambiguous just in case they had to keep Green around, but now it’s out on the Internet to prove what a loser Gerald Green is. Dude really should’ve gone to college. Then he would’ve been able to jump over a cow, no problem.↵
