Bill Belichick Has an Eye for Talent

You know, for all the beef that gets slung towards the blogosphere about our willingness to jump all over the media’s little mistakes, or to search out “reporting” vis a vis semi-scandalous photos, it gets lost in the shuffle that celeb-antagonizing stemmed originally from TMZ and the like. And I mean that in a totally complimentary way, especially when they find stuff like Bill Belichick scoping out Florida co-eds at NIT Tournament games.
Not that I blame him - and I’m certainly not claiming to turn away from sunshine state college ladies when they stumble across my eyeline. It’s just that there aren’t a slew of photographers looking for my picture. Really, the only thing that could make this shot, courtesy of TMZ, better, would be either a Coney dog in his lap or Matt Walsh standing at the top of the stairs pointing him out to an usher. Or both.
