A Tribute to Michael Jordan’s Career ... as a Baseball player.
Though MJs basketball career can fill the Smithsonian with highlights, no one will ever forget the GOATs foray on the diamond. As a Birmingham Baron, White Sox farm team, MJ “racked up” 3 Home Runs, 51 RBIs, and 30 Steals. In tribute to MJs time with the Barons, Jordan Brand is releasing two pairs of Air Jordan Retro 1s inspired by the Barons home and away uniforms. Both pairs are set to release tomorrow, March 29th, at select Jordan Brand retailers.

Had an upset Gilbert Arenas been cleared to play this weekend, he would have sported his “GILwood” Adidas TS Lightswitch GIL II Zero against the Lakers this Sunday. A tribute to his high school days in LA, the “GILwoods” feature the traditional Lakers White/Purple/Gold colorway with an “I Gilbert LA” hit at the outer heel. This begs the question, 2008 is a contract year for the Hibachi, so, can the Black Mamba and the Black President play together in LA in 2009?

Dee-licious Reebok Retros
The Reebok D-Time is back in action. Dee Brown’s original Reebok signature sneaker in the 90s is back for another game in 2008. The D Time is releasing in several colorways including the classic White/Green/Blue colorway pictured above. Seems like just yesterday that Dee pulled off the No Look Dunk. Many have tried to duplicate it, but none have come close. The D-Time is available now at select Reebok accounts.
Other notes:
-- The Question was Answered long ago, but there are still some Questions left. Reebok is released OG Colorways of the Reebok Question 1 in their low top form in time for the Summer. Available now at large chains.
-- The Nike Air Raid is back again. The quintessential outdoor Ball kick is out now in time for the Summer Black Top.
