Athletes vs. Birds: The Eternal Battle Continues

By Spencer Hall
Athletes and birds have long been mortal enemies, but look for hostilities to escalate now that PGA golfer Tripp Isenhour has upped the stakes by killing a noisy hawk during a filming of How to Shoot Like a Pro.
Besides being great advertising for the show -- after all, hitting a hawk with even one in ten golf shots from sixty yards away is indeed very, very accurate -- the incident will ensure both that you will know the name of a golfer not named Tiger Woods now, and that birds will continue their war against athletes by squawking during golf games, defecating on athlete’s heads pre-game, and interrupting the flight path of otherwise perfectly thrown fastballs.

The battle never ends, people. Never.↵
