Sports don’t start and end with a referee’s whistle. FirstCuts, a blog dedicated to sports culture, will cover everything outside the lines, from games to gear.
For the first time in NIKEiD’s history, a Jordan Brand product has been added to the customizable lineup. Both the Jumpman Team Elite Mid and Team Elite Low are now available on NIKEiD.com.

For much of Jordan Brand’s recent history, the brand that Michael built has emphasized it’s virtual separation from it’s parent company, Nike. Many of their recent decisions have gone in the other direction though. With the Jumpman Team Elite on NIKEiD and the ongoing Air Jordan x Nike Air Force 1 Fusion series, it seems that Jordan Brand is going back home.
Speaking of Fusions, the “Play-Off” Air Jordan Fusion 12 is set to release tomorrow, March 8th, at Jordan Brand Accounts.
Also, it is official, Gilbert Arenas is not only back practicing with the Wiz, he also has declared his support for a candidate in the ongoing Democratic Presidential race, himself.

That is right, Gilbert Arenas for President. The “Black President” Adidas TS Lightswitch GIL II ZERO is now available at select Adidas accounts. Though the sneaker was originally scheduled to release early February, Gilbert’s rehab has changed Adidas’ GIL II ZERO roll-out plans.
