Paul Pierce to Wear New ‘Number’ Tonight*

There are players on the Italian soccer squad who could rightfully mock the toughness, or lack thereof, of Paul Pierce after his dramatic performance in Game 1. As you may recall, Pierce injured his knee so horribly that he had to be carried off the court, wheelchaired to the locker room, only to return and hit like a dozen three pointers.
