Good to See Sk8ing Is Still So Punk Rock

One disadvantage of working in a sports newsroom with various televisions is that when sports aren’t on, they’re usually stuck on whatever re-run ESPN is showing at the moment. Yesterday, it was First Take, which had Tony Hawk on to discuss – I don’t know – getting stoked off epic half-pipes and other varying levels of righteousness. But at the end ... well, let’s just say that the ethics of punk rock and anarchy and skate or die(!) are still extremely closely associated with xxxtreme activities:↵
