Darren McFadden Welcomes Himself to the NFL

↵Adrian Peterson wrote the book, but Darren McFadden’s got this afterword on lock. McFabulous took over for an injured Justin Fargas and has stiff-armed his way to 162 yards and a TD by the early fourth. 16-0 Raiders.
↵
↵That took a brief backseat, however, to announcer Kevin Harlan basically accusing the Chiefs of lying about Damon Huard’s health. Huard was replaced early in the second by Tyler Thigpen. Thigpen has been pathetic. Harlan and Rich Gannon have wondered aloud for the past hour when Huard would come back in; instead, Marques Hagans saw a few plays.
↵
↵At the end of the third, the Chiefs finally told the booth Huard was injured. Harlan seemed disbelieving. Just an awkward few moments there.
↵
↵And elsewhere ...
↵
↵* Purple Jesus has a buck of his own, with 133 yards through three against Indianapolis. The Colts got fancy, Peyton Manning has come alive, and it’s 15-7 in Minny.
↵
↵* Finally, someone has brought reputable quarterbacking skill to Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers has 250 yards and 3 TDs, and the Pack leads 24-16 in Detroit.
↵
↵* Fear of my TSB boss has required I not tell you the Redskins are losing 24-15 to New Orleans. Also, I probably shouldn’t mention REGGIE BUSH took a punt back for a score.
↵
