Favre, Un-Brady in a Bulletless Gun Fight

↵A second week of mass fantasy football suicide just ↵wouldn’t be productive, so I’ll avoid mentioning LaDanian ↵Tomlinson has been on the sideline getting his toe boo-boo ↵worked on and instead divert your attention to the ↵hypebeast in New Jersey, where Brett Favre hosts Matt Un-↵Brady and the defending AFC champion New England ↵Patriots.
↵
↵Our protagonists boast nearly identical lines, but neither ↵can punch it through for points. N.E. has a 6-3 lead at the half, which ↵without doubt puts those funky bosses from Auburn and ↵Mississippi State (final score: 3-2) in their ↵place.
↵
↵The Arizona Cardinals (up 17-0 on Miami at the half) have ↵more total offense than the Jets and Pats combined. That ↵says more about the Fins defense than anything happening ↵the Northeast, but it’s worth noting. Kurt Warner is a ↵monster! (247 yards on 13 attempts, 2 TDs.)
↵
↵UPDATE: The QBs in the Meadowlands didn’t do much, but N.E. did put a few more points up. Pats win 19-10. Meanwhile, Warner has 361 yards passing and Chad Pennington has been replaced by Chad Henne. Ugh.↵
